Requests for AIA Engineering Services Proposals

The Town of Greenevers hereby requests proposals for engineering services associated with the preparation of Asset Inventory Assessments for the Town’s water and sewer systems infrastructure in accordance with the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Division of Water Infrastructure (Division) guidance document entitled “Water and Wastewater Utility Evaluation Guidance Document: Asset Inventory & Assessment, Capital Cost, and Operating Cost Analyses” (Guidance Document) February 2022. The Guidance Document is available in electronic format on the Division website. The work is funded by Asset Inventory Assessment grants from the Division of Water Infrastructure. The project schedule requires completion of the work as quickly as possible. If you are interested in being considered to perform the engineering work for this project, please submit a statement of interest along with information describing your company’s competence and qualifications in performing similar work on or before 5:00 PM Monday, March 7, 2022. Your response may be by email to townofgreenvers@centurylink.net or by mailing hard copies to Town of Greenevers, ATTN: AIA Engineering Services Proposals, 314 E. Charity Road, Rose Hill, NC 28458.
